Clean and tidy. Good location next to river and walking distance to township.
Tired and dated. Decor still in the 70s. Needs smoke detectors fitting also.
It was cheap enough. Lovely native bush outside the room.
Advertised as having free internet - which was unavailable. Tired and sad facilities.
The room allocated to us is overdue for an upgrade, the staff appoligised . The said they only use this group of rooms when they are full. We experienced noisey guest in ajacent rooms. The location and general surroundings are good.
No tnternet, no food, old hotel. expensive,
No good service, No internet, Look cheap hotel, No food as the picture, Advertising have many thing and not open, No breakfast
Pleasant reception. Very comfortable bed. Good kitchen facilities.
No air conditioning. Very small bathroom. Small television set on the floor with poor vision and very limited channels.
It was very basic and dated accomodation.
Handy to very pretty town, nice view over countryside, direct access from the carpark for my elderly mother and her walker, Sky tv for the Rugby World Cup. And available on a night when Hamilton was hosting a RWC game!
Been rather grand in its day, but looking a little tired now. Maybe time to refurbish?
Not much, but it was it the right place geographically for us
The Motel is worn out, everything needs an update and the general standard of cleanliness was poor
Cooking facilities available, roomy accommodation, generally quiet off the main road
Older style accommodation, not air-condirioned
The room was cold. Situated on the south side. Dated interiior. Bathroom sink for the kitchen sink.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to our family. Easy to get. VERY quiet location which was really good.
Not bad for the price
No channel 3 on TV - not told Upon arrival was asked to pay before seeing room which turned out to be unsuitable. However when we complained we were given a better and more suitable room .
We were welcomed by the daughters of the owner, it was quite funny. The room was very comfortable, the bed had heating maltress (which is important for a trip in October).
The fridge, in the room, is not a great idea; it woke us up during the night. The sink in the bathroom is pretty low, even for me (less than 1.60 metres).
it was a nice quiet and relaxing place to stay with everything close at hand
the driveway needs an upgrade
It had a general feeling of being dated, run down and in need of an ugrade to meet the standards of motels elswhere in the region.
